Hawaii Layouts

Sorry that I didn't post an update last weekend. I used some of my premade layouts and ended up getting 34 pages done; minus titles, journaling, and embellishments of course!! ;o)

Eventually I will go back and finish all of these layouts. For now I just want to get them put together and get some help figuring out what I should title them and such!

Enjoy!

Beginnings of my Hawaii trip

I finally started to scrapbook my Hawaii photos. I went to Hawaii on business back in June 2008. It took me the rest of the year, and the beginning of 2009, to finish editing all of my photos and get them printed so that I may scrap them. I wasn't feeling to creative last night, but things worked out. These layouts are not finished yet (photos left off intentionally), but I wanted to share what the past 7 hours has been like!

Cruisin contains photos that I took from the car while driving around. We had just arrived in Hawaii, checked into our hotel, and then went and picked up the rental car. John and I were car buddies, we had to share a car. I still have to add the journaling to the tags on the left page, and I have some road signs that I want to cut from my Cars cricut cartridge for the right page.

Supplies used: CTMH ink: Indian Corn Blue, Buttercup, Outdoor Denim. CTMH Cardstock: Sweet Leaf, Buttercup, Colonial White, and Outdoor Denim. CTMH Paper: Butterfly (Blue Ribbon paper packet), Stripes (Emporium Creative Basic paper packet). CTMH Stamps: Rustic Alphabet. We R Memory Keepers Extra Large Eyelets: Dull Silver.

Aqua Waikiki Wave: When we returned to the hotel I took pictures with my good camera of my room. We all had suites since we would be there for two weeks. The room had a sitting area, two balconies, two king size beds, and a mini fridge!

Supplies used: CTMH Emporium Level 2 Paper Packet and the Creative Basics. CTMH Cardstock: Sweet Leaf, Buttercup, Cocoa, and Crystal Blue. CTMH Baby Blue Bigger Brad. CTMH Clear Sparkles. CTMH Big Pinks. Cricut Storybook Flower.

Room with a View: I took photos of the view from my balconies. I could see the ocean to my one side and a mountain to the other. I'm not sure what else to do to this layout. I'm going to journal in the top left corner of the right page. Any suggestions?

Supplies used: CTMH: Cardstock: Crystal Blue, Sweet Leaf, Buttercup, Cocoa, and Colonial White. Paper Packet: Emporium Level 2. Cricut opposites Attract cartridge for the title.
Thanks for looking and check back for progress or more layouts!

Comments ability

I finally got some time to play around with my blog and I enabled the comments. Please feel free to add comments to any earlier posts you are interested in!

I am sorry to say that I don't have anything new to post yet. I have been busy getting over another cold and editing photos. I still have about 3400 to do, and if I continue to take pictures the numbers will change....lol.

Check back soon for an update as I plan to work on some crafts this weekend!
