I'm still alive......

Sorry that there hasn't been an update in a while......things have been a little crazy. One weekend was a birthday party, the next was a trip home for Thanksgiving and to meet the new puppy....the next weekend I was working.....and then last weekend into this weekend I have been sick. I met up with Amy and tried to make a few things this past weekend....but I just wasn't feeling it. I'll take pictures of my attempts later. Tonight it's medicine and rest!!

Aspen Flip Book

Have I mentioned that I LOVE making these flip books!! LOL. I have made yet another one. This time I switched the paper out and used the Aspen paper packet. I used the bulk B&T, so there are only two patterns, but by flipping them over I have four!

I will try to complile a list of supplies used and add it later!!

Art & Soul Crazy for Cards

CTMH TV has these episodes called Art & Soul where you can watch and learn how to make projects of different sorts. I watched the Crazy for Cards one and decided to take my own spin on it. They used the Evensong level 2 paper packet and the December Stamp of the Month. I wanted to make my cards less seasonal, so I decided to use the bulk B&T paper and use sheets from all five paper packets that came out in the Autumn Winter catalog. Enjoy!

Supplies Used:
Paper ~ Bulk B&T Magic Moments, Evensong, Notebook, Perfect Day, and Aspen
Cardstock ~ Indian Corn Blue, Cranberry, Creme Brulee, Cocoa, Black, Colonial White
Ink ~ Indian Corn Blue, Sweet Leaf, Cranberry, New England Ivy, Twilight, Tulip, Cocoa, Dessert Sand
Stamp Set ~ Thoughtful Seasons

Creative Basic Evensong Flip Book

What happens when you get together with a good friend/CTMH consultant with an idea to make a flip book? You end up spending 14 hours in the basement working on a beautiful flip book that no longer closes properly because of all of the embellishments you added along the way!! Amy Keller and I got together over the weekend and came up with this beauty! We got the original design of the Flip Book from Amy Celona. Thanks Amy Celona! The tutorial (a printable .pdf!) can be found here. A list of materials used can be found below the pictures. (P.S. It's a long list!)
